DOCUS Cloud collects information strictly necessary to provide and optimize enterprise software services. This includes account credentials, company profile details, and operational log data required for auditing.

2. Customer Confidentiality & Data Processing

We process customer data solely on behalf of the customer and according to their direct instructions. We do not sell, rent, or monetize customer data under any circumstance.

3. Cloud Infrastructure & Data Protection

All databases and file storage are protected by **AES-256 Bit encryption** at rest and **TLS 1.3 encryption** in transit. Redundant daily backups are stored across multiple geographic cloud regions.
